Activities will commence on Friday morning
with the usual pre-event formalities of
Scrutineering and Signing-On. After a light
lunch and introductory briefing, the event
starts with a full afternoon’s rallying close
to Chepstow that will allow newcomers to
familiarise themselves with the concepts of
Tests and Regularity Sections. The day will
conclude with a Welcome Dinner, providing
a convivial environment to share hints,
experiences and maybe the odd mishap with
fellow competitors, the more experienced
crews perhaps formulating their game plan
for the rest of the weekend.
Chepstow in the late afternoon, drinks and
dinner will again be a great time to discuss
the day’s achievements or otherwise.
Sunday will feature a full final morning
of competition with enough challenges to
shape the final leaderboard. A late lunch
and an afternoon prize-giving will then
allow for a return home at a reasonable
time – after what we are sure will have been
another terrific introduction of our hobby
to the next generation.

Saturday will see us head North West as
far as Bannau Brycheiniog and beyond for
a full day of rallying through the beautiful
landscapes of the Wye Valley and Mid Wales.
The Regularities and Tests will gradually
become more challenging as the day
progresses and as crews become acquainted
