Broads and Coast (155 miles)
Fine views of the cars lined-up on the lawn of
Kesgrave Hall greeted the crews as they awoke
and drew back their curtains this morning, and
later as they congregated on the sunny breakfast
terrace. After a generous buffet, it was another
civilised start to what would turn out to be another
civilised day of rallying.
6 August 2025
Suffolk isn’t known for its Alpine landscapes, however,
today we glimpsed the Castle on the Hill made famous by
Ed Sheeran en-route to an early morning Passage Control
at Framlingham. And, as the stark stony battlements
faded into the rear view mirrors, the first Regularity from
Badingham filled the windscreens.
Freshly cut, rolling pastoral landscapes were the theme
this morning, along with a succession of ancient villages
filled with pink-washed, thatched cottages, square-towered
