The Suffolk Cloverleaf really got into its stride
today with five Tests and four Regularities to tackle
as the crews struck out east of Ipswich and north
to Norfolk. Yesterday some homework had been set
and, at the MTC this morning, it was handed in. The
assignment? Each crew had to guess the weight of
their own car.

Route Checks at Aspall’s Apples and Thorpe Abbotts saw
everyone safely into the Regularity at Banham Moor for a
tour of big sky country. And well-populated pig arcs, whose
presence was detected long before they were visually
confirmed.
A more agreeable scent drew the crews into a Time Control
in The English Distillery in Roudham. Coffee and cakes were
on the menu and a quick visit to the gift shop to stock up on
some of the award-winning English Whisky produced here.
