From Santo Estevo, a westerly route took El Clavel towards Santiago de Compostela, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and reputed
burial place of St James the Apostle. Its a city more usually approached on foot by pilgrims from all over the world.
Our day began with our foot to the floor, thanks to a steep and wooded Regularity from Ribeira Sacra, rising from the
Rio Minho towards the Galician Massif. Two Tests followed at a venue we’d been to before, the Circuito Choqueiro. Both
before and after each lap around the newly improved circuit, the clubhouse Time Control laid on coffee and snacks.
