The first full day of the Vintage Shamrock dawned bright and clear, and just as bright, and almost as
early, the crews began busying themselves around the car park. A civilised 9am start time meant plenty
of time to tuck into their last Faithlegg breakfast before getting on with the obligatory windshield
cleaning and waiting in line for the days instructions some 45 minutes before each due time.
